Alyzza C. Ozer, an attorney who specializes in innovative impactful nonprofit fundraising and marketing is the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester. Prior to her appointment she served as Senior Vice President of Resource Development and Community Engagement at The United Way of Westchester and Putnam leading unique fundraising/programming projects for human health services. Prior to that she was Regional Vice President of the Manhattan office of The American Cancer Society where she led initiatives involving advocacy, family patient services and fundraising.
Alyzza is a founding member of Classwish.org, a nonprofit educational website where money is raised for school supplies K-12 nationally. She has served as an advisor to many start-up nonprofit organizations including good2gether, a social media search service bringing together nonprofits, media, and corporations.
Originally from Westchester, New York she earned a JD with a concentration in real estate tax/finance from The University of Miami and a BA in Philosophy from Goucher College and was an Urban Planning Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. She returned to New York to enjoy a career in commercial real estate and law for over 20 years completing more than $5 billion in deal value, concentrating on the needs of Fortune 500 corporations and property owners. She held senior positions including Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, the largest public, global, commercial real estate firm.
She has served on many nonprofit boards and committees including The American Diabetes Association, Variety Children’s Charity, The American Cancer Society, Wellgood Classrooms, The Association of Development Officers, Women in Need, Young Women’s Leadership School, Good2gether, New York City Bar Association, Harlem Children’s Zone, Brotherhood Sister Soul and National Education Association.
She has enjoyed honing her development skills via numerous fundraising channels and is thrilled to be serving the community where she currently resides with her husband Ira Ozer and their three children.
Barbara Cutri, Director of Operations

Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester alumni and current Director of Operations, Barbara Cutri, has dedicated her life to the Club and kids of Northern Westchester. She has been involved with the Club since 1964, when she first enrolled as a member. Prior to being name Director of Operations in 2000, Barbara wore many hats at the Club, including Program Director, Child Care Director, an Early Childhood Educator and volunteer.
Her passion for youth and her belief in the mission of the Club inspired Barbara to improve and develop quality programs, as well as develop and license both the preschool and after school programs. She raised the professionalism of the preschool and school age staff by securing funding for training and college level courses and has, with her team, developed and enhanced the youth and teen programming at the Club.
Barbara received awards from the New York State Education Department and Westchester ARC for her work in inclusion programming of children with special needs at the Club. She has also been a recipient of both a community “Woman of the Year” award and Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s “North East Region Youth Development Professional” award. She is currently a member of the Fox Lane Players, Latino Providers Network, Bedford Network, Mt. Kisco Lions Club and is a lector at St. Patrick’s Church in Bedford. She lives in Mt. Kisco with her husband Tony and sons Mike and Marc, both Club alumni.
It was former Club staff Will Jennings and Doris Athans who inspired Barbara to enter the youth development field. She takes great pride in watching children grow and develop at the Club, becoming “caring and productive citizens.” She is now seeing the children of former Club members she worked with walking through the doors of the Club!
Solveig McShea, Director of Development

Solveig is the Director of Development & Community Engagement at the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester. Prior to joining BGCNW, she was a Senior Consultant, Business Development with Consulting for a Cause, where she assisted nonprofit organizations with event planning, social media and development. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Chappaqua-Millwood Chamber of Commerce. She assumed the role of Executive Director within one year of the Chamber being founded and supported the development and growth of the Chamber through educational and community events, creation of Chamber infrastructure, multi-chamber networking, community outreach and member services.
Prior to working with the Chamber of Commerce, Solveig was an employee benefits attorney, both in solo practice and as an associate at Ropes & Gray, LLP in Boston, advising for-profit and tax-exempt clients with respect to employee benefit plan design, administration, and regulatory compliance.
Solveig has a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. She serves on the Board of the Chappaqua Farmers Market and the Chappaqua School Foundation and lives in Chappaqua with her husband and two children.
